Dear Parents/Carers,
As you may have seen in recent communications, the School has 3 positive cases of Covid-19 across the student community. We have been in contact with Essex Contact Tracing Team this morning, who have assisted School leaders in ensuring that our Movies and Munch event this afternoon can continue with the correct risk assessments and Covid-19 protective measures in place.
However, we would like to acknowledge that some parents may now prefer to collect their children at home time and not attend the after-school event. If this is the case, you will need to contact the School office on 01992 574 890, informing us of the cancellation. We will arrange with the PTA to refund you in full at a later date, or to carry over the money to the next Movies and Munch event, taking place later in the School year.
