Dear Parents/Carers,
Tomorrow, Wednesday 24th November, is our pupil flu immunisation day. This will be carried out by the Essex Immunisation Team.
On October 14th, we sent you electronic consent forms to complete, if you wished for your child to receive the flu vaccine (nasal spray). The consent window closed on 19th November.
To confirm, only children who have been given parental consent, will receive the nasal spray flu vaccine.
