Dear Families,
Christmas class parties will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday 20th December (last day of term). This will be a non-uniform day. Please make sure that footwear and clothes are appropriate for school and suitable for P.E if Wednesdays are P.E days for your child’s class.
Due to increasing allergies across the pupil community, we have changed the way party food will be managed. Children can bring in their own party snacks (not to be shared), such as crisps, biscuits, cake bar or chocolate (no sweets please).
As parties are after lunch, please make sure no more than two treats are given for themselves only to eat. A small fruit juice/flavoured water can also be brought in. We recommend food and drink is placed in a named bag/container/cling film/foil, to stop children losing items and becoming upset.
Please make sure foods do not contain nuts (including spreads such as Nutella) or seeds and no fizzy drinks.
