Dear Parent/Carers,
By 9am, Monday 23rd March, our website will have remote learning pages for each Year Group. These will be found under the CURRICULUM tab.
The pages will have daily lesson ideas for you as parents to follow, to ensure you are maximising the learning time at home to be age specific to your child's learning age. Many online resource links will given as well as off line activity options. We will publish a week of lessons at a time, covering daily English, Math and a balance of other subject areas.
Our teachers were directed last week to plan the first 10 days of remote learning, and now we know the situation is more than likely going to last longer than this, we will ensure plans after the first week are taking into account any alterations or changes to issues you may face with our initial plans. Therefore, email the school with any issues with our remote learning and we will action what we can. I can't thank the teachers enough, who all stayed late across last week, developing this initial 2 week remote learning package.
Many resources nationally are being created to assist parents. Once you've had time to get use to learning at home for your children, then we will increase our resource suggestions on the class website pages.
